By using Fasela platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Usage
Fasela platform is used to provide pet care services, booking, and shopping. Using the platform for any illegal activity, harming others, or posting offensive content is prohibited.
3. Bookings and Orders Policy
Bookings and orders are confirmed immediately after payment. Cancellations can be made 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. 50% is refunded if canceled 12 hours before, and no refund is issued after that.
4. User Responsibility
The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of information provided about their pets, for adhering to booking appointments, and for receiving orders on time.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Fasela is an intermediary platform between customers and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services or products provided by service providers, and we recommend contacting them directly for any inquiries.
